The Old Auction House has two gallery spaces, The Main Gallery and The Studio Gallery, which exhibit a range of artists and mediums throughout the schedule of shows each year. The Main Gallery is open to all artists to apply for a show, while the Studio Gallery is reserved for use by emerging artists, community groups, and our studio artists.
Main Gallery Current SHOW: Fractured, Yet WhOle - Maggie
August 2 - August 20, 2018
A collection of 20 fluid art pieces by fluid artist Maggie. The show as a body of work is incredible but when you add that she is baring her soul in order to raise awareness and start a conversation about Childhood Trauma and specifically childhood sexual assault through her interpretation of the Japanese art of Kintsugi.
Studio Gallery Current show:

This curated group show of Australian artists; Dr Barack Bardo (MOCAOS), Lliam Anstey-Sprigg, Erin Robinson, Nana Sakata, Emily Ziccone (The Nonsense Makers), and Deiter Barry Creations. Exhibit At The Old Auction House
Artists wishing to apply to exhibit in either the Main Gallery or Studio Gallery should get in contact via email for an information package and to be placed on our mailing list to be advised when dates are released each year.
All gallery spaces feature a flexible layout with a height adjustable professional hanging system and a variety of sizes and shapes of gallery plinths and easels to display freestanding works. The two gallery spaces are setup to cater for different artists; the Main Gallery is available for any artists or group to apply to exhibit in, the Studio Gallery is reserved for emerging artists, community groups, and our resident studio artists. Please ensure you comply with all instructions in the gallery agreement when applying for an exhibition to ensure your preferred dates are available.
Throughout the year The Old Auction House curates group exhibitions following a theme or medium which artists are either approached directly for or are able to apply to be part of. Please keep an eye on website and social media if you are interested in applying to be selected for one of these exhibitions.
