Rhain DiPilla and Ettore Di Pilla - Glass Artists

While Leadlight By Ettore was founded by Ettore, Rhain has been by his side since day one!

Ettore has been creating bespoke leadlight, mosaics, copperfoil and fused glass art and homewares in his glass arts studio for close on 40 years, with it as his full time job since 1988 when Rhain started school! Rhain grew up in the Woodend garage studio and was the number one tool carrier for many years as well as earning pocket money puttying students panels! Rhain officially joined the family business in 2010 and LBE moved into it’s custom built glass studio in it’s new Kyneton location in 2017.

”Such a great learning and fun experience. Super happy with my Leadlight which will sit proud in a window at home. The teachers very helpful and venue a classic old building full of character, and an easy drive from Melbourne. Small class size so we all got the attention we needed to complete our project. Highly recommend.”
